Ideally, everyone’s home should be their sanctuary. In reality, sometimes there’re awful room mates, leaking pipes, a freeway outside your window, and all kinds of other things that can eat into your ability to adequately chill and get yourself some recuperation time. Not everybody has access to a private solarium and an on-call massage therapist, but that’s okay. Even something like a soothing candle or the perfect cup of tea can give you a little calming restoration.
I have a small apartment, but I know how important it is to make the most of what you’ve got. Since I’ve been combing the internet for cute, unusual items to set up a chill space in my and my S.O.’s place, I decided to put the best of the best into a list to share with you all. If you’re looking for additions to your relaxation space or just need a way to help yourself unwind, check out:

What can I say? It’s generally useful advice, and it’s on a cup that’s large enough to hold the amount of tea I drink in a sitting. (Source)
This Refillable Herbal Pillow — $12
I love, love, love refillable herbal pillows and pouches. They’re great for scenting a drawer, soothing a headache, keeping moths away, or just being a soft, squeezable, scented aid to meditation. (Source)
